Hi, we love a nice, warm hat in our family. A must for those windy beach days!

Brilliant photo, trying to keep warm or just showing love?

    Thank you for linking up

Hi, thanks for your comment. A bit of both, I’d like to think !!

  2. what are they looking at is that a little heater

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. Yes, of a sort. It’s a Kelly Kettle, used for rapid boiling of small quantities of water out in the wilds. It’s heated by a small fire in the base, and is just enough to make a few cups of hot chocolate on a blustery day.

Hi. Thanks for your comment. We’re really lucky, in that we all love doing the same things, as a family. We love the closeness and the family ties that bind us, especially during our outdoor activities…… strange, though, how my daughter has an uncanny knack of finding the most comfy cushion in any scenario !!

  4. Lovely shot, hope you had a nice break and enjoyed your hot chocolate 🙂

Thank you so much for your comment. The break, (and the hot choc), was very welcome !!

  5. Aha I know that’s a Kelly Kettle! (I cheated as I read TheBoyandMe’s post :). Great snuggle from your daughter.

Hi.Yes, I think you might see some similar posts after our holiday. The Kelly Kettle is such a clever invention, it makes teaching children about
fire safety so much easier. You can keep it small and very safe. Thank you for commenting.

Lovely photo! It’s really making me yearn to go camping on a beach! Even in this weather! Lol x

Hi, we were so lucky with the weather. We had no rain that day and the sun came out and it felt warm! We couldn’t believe it.

Awww bless her! I think this is when The Boy jumped on Mr. TBaM to do the same and got shouted at as he almost set his father’s head alight 😉

We really enjoyed our time on the beach, looking forward to more Kelly Kettle fun in the future.

I loved that beach, and the kelly kettle is a great way of introducing fires to children.

Yes, it was such a lovely day. Hot chocolate and cuddles on the beach. A lovely way to spend an afternoon.

Lovely photo – I brought my Dad one of those water heaters, we had hours of fun using it 🙂 X
