Tales of living, working and enjoying life in the outdoors

My Sunday Photo

I have just come back from a Duke of Edinburgh training weekend and this was the way I had to walk each morning to where the conference was running.

Plas y Brenin is an outdoor adventure centre set deep in the heart of Snowdonia. One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to and I don’t think this photo shows the true and full beauty of the area.

I couldn’t have asked for a more breath-taking place to stay.

  1. Not too far from Betws y Coed and not too far from me this time. It’s the closest yet. We’ll have that cup of tea one day.

The picture is wonderful Kim and captures the beauty of the area well. I hope you really enjoyed the weekend.

    Massive Hugs

      Hi David,
We’re getting closer! A cuppa and cake one day.
It was a stunning place and having dry weather helped make the weekend nice as well.
      Take care,

  2. This is breathtaking! I’ve never been to Snowdonia, only as far north as Dolgellau, which was amazing.

We passed signs for Dolgellau, it is such a beautiful part of Wales. I can’t wait to go back with my family.
